Einkorn is a superior ancient grain one of the oldest wheat varieties with higher nutrition content, these ancient grains have less gluten and more nutrition than traditional whole wheat.  Einkorn flour is the most ancient wheat, offering many essential dietary and trace minerals, vitamins and higher levels of protein. Made in small batches with regenerative ancient einkorn grains, no chemicals or alterations allowed.
