Whole chickens are a great way to save money while nourishing the family with endless possibilities when preparing your whole chicken as well as lots of options for the leftovers! Try making a stock or soup with the carcass and addding small bits to tacos or fajitas!
Our chickens are always Raised on green grass. We move them to fresh pasture once a day and as they grow bigger we move them twice a day to give plenty of fresh forge.

We were NOT satisfied with any of the feed options available (even the ‘corn and soy free’ feed options out there are often loaded with other high PUFA ingredients like sunflower, safflower, flax or vegetable oils – yuck! Those will increase PUFAs in the final egg).
So rather than buying ‘typical chicken feed’ – we partnered up with Angel Acres farm to source our unique custom made feed from them. After years of researching, testing and experimenting – they created a feed you cannot find ANYWHERE else.
And we changed the type of fats in our eggs! This eggs are truly unique.

That’s right, what the chicken eats will impact the nutrition and fatty acid composition of the egg, which makes up cellular components inside your body. Food is information to our cells and dna’s.
If a chicken eats a lot of PUFAs – the meat will contain higher levels of PUFAs.
More PUFAs inside of you will lower metabolic rate and increase the production of toxic oxidation byproducts (Free radicals (PUFAS) generate the lipid peroxidation process in an organism) These can damage DNA and cellular structures, and are carcinogenic – no thank you!
This is why we strive to provide our animals the most nutrient rich diet possible, one that’s high in vitamins, minerals and bio-available protein, and low in PUFAs.
